Question-answer systems are an important direction in the field of natural language processing, aimed at automatically providing relevant answers based on user queries. The efficiency and accuracy of such systems largely depend on the correct analysis of linguistic units. Lemmatization is the process of bringing words to their base form, serving as a key step in text normalization and semantic analysis in question-answer systems. This paper analyzes the impact of the lemmatization process on the performance of question-answer systems and its role in improving accuracy and operational efficiency. Additionally, various lemmatization methods and their applications in question-answer systems are explored.
