Abstract

This article explores the creation of a diachronic corpus based on publications from the independence period and its linguistic support. The study analyzes the significance of a diachronic corpus in examining linguistic changes in the Uzbek language after independence. Additionally, it discusses the digitization of historical texts, morphological and syntactic annotation technologies, methods for identifying lexical changes, and the process of developing linguistic resources. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that publications from the independence period have not yet been analyzed from a linguistic perspective.
