Abstract

In the field of law, the definition and classification of crimes is carried out from a legal aspect. Among the crimes, there are certain manifestations of direct oral or written texts, which necessitate a linguistic examination before making a legal assessment. In such conflicting cases, the practice of appointing and conducting linguistic expertise has been established in the world and in our republic. However, the question of what exactly criminal situations can be the object of linguistic expertise has not been resolved. The article discusses the issue of the application of linguistic expertise in criminal situations related to oral or written texts.
