The article discusses the characteristics of discourse, legal discourse, and legal texts. The spheres of language and law are inextricably linked, since the development of legal knowledge, the analysis of laws and norms, transmission from generation to generation, and raising the legal awareness of the people are manifested in the connection of linguistics with jurisprudence. Therefore, the discursive analysis of this direction is one of the main issues of our research.
