Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations of ontology within various systemic languages. It analyzes the transition from philosophical ontology to linguistic ontology, the goals and objectives of linguistic ontology, as well as the theoretical principles of its creation. The main aim of the research is to identify the theoretical aspects of large-scale lexical-semantic ontologies formed in various systemic languages (in particular, based on the examples of English and Russian) and to carry out their comparative analysis.
